What it is
Stellar Apometry
Stellar Healing Center is a space dedicated to voluntary, spiritual work aimed at awakening consciousness and restoring balance to the self.
Our work draws on classical Apometry, developed in Brazil by Dr. José Lacerda de Azevedo, and incorporates a broader understanding known as Stellar Apometry.
Over the years, this approach has been deepened through practical experience, study, and an evolving understanding of different aspects of human and spiritual consciousness.
We are not a religion, a doctrine, or a sect. We do not seek to impose beliefs or truths. Each person is free to interpret their experience according to their own conscience, knowledge, and convictions.

Sessions are weekly, free, and open to everyone. No prior scheduling is required.

How to prepare
A few simple guidelines to help you make the most of your session.
Light, comfortable clothing
Choose comfortable clothing, preferably in light colors, and avoid heavy or unnecessary accessories.
Arrive early
Doors open at 6:30 PM. Arriving a little early helps you settle in calmly before things begin.
Avoid alcohol beforehand
We recommend not consuming alcoholic beverages in the hours leading up to your session.
Light stomach
Avoid heavy meals before coming. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day also helps.
Come with inner stillness
Use the waiting time to turn inward, breathe, and open your heart to the evening’s work.
Everyone is welcome
You don’t need to be Spiritist or follow any specific religion to take part. Just come with an open heart.
How it works

Each person is welcomed in an environment of respect, care, and discretion. Our team carries out the work according to the Stellar Apometry methodology, using the techniques specific to this approach. There’s no need to follow a specific religion or hold a particular belief to take part. What matters most is being open to the experience and understanding that the work fully respects each individual’s free will.
This session does not replace: medical care; psychological treatment; psychiatric treatment; prescribed medication; or other forms of professional care. Stellar Apometry is spiritual and complementary in nature.
Doors open & welcome
Arrival and check-in. This is the moment to settle in, breathe, and quietly prepare for the evening’s work.
Opening the session
The work begins with a guided meditation, still in the waiting room, creating a moment of pause, welcome, and preparation. The practice helps quiet the mind, slow down, and foster a state of relaxation and calm, preparing each participant for the work ahead.
Session
Sessions are held in small groups, on a first-come, first-served basis. Children and people traveling from farther away are given priority.
When our apômetras (practitioners) identify the need, an individual session may be recommended — in that case, our team will schedule it.
We recommend a minimum of 4 sessions, which don’t need to be on consecutive Fridays: the pace adjusts to each person’s availability.
Balance between body, mind, and spirit
What happens during a session
The work follows steps within our Center’s own methodology. The process begins with opening the energetic field, always with the permission of the person being attended to. From there, the work may involve identifying the needs of the moment, commands for energetic cleansing and harmonization, and attention to any patterns, memories, or blockages that arise. At the end, there is a moment of restructuring, integration, and closing of the energetic field.
The methodology uses mental and/or verbal commands and other tools specific to Stellar Apometry, always carried out with respect, welcome, and care.

What is Stellar Apometry?

What does "free will" mean in your work?
Free will is at the center of our understanding. We believe no one should be forced to accept an interpretation, a belief, or a decision that doesn’t make sense to their own conscience. Spiritual work should offer paths of understanding — not impose them. That’s why, during sessions, we strive to act with responsibility, respect, and ethics. Each person is responsible for their own journey: we offer the space, the experience, and the work; the choice always belongs to the individual.
Who is Stellar Apometry for?
Stellar Apometry can be sought out by anyone who wants to explore a spiritual approach focused on self-knowledge, reflection, and the development of consciousness. You don’t need to belong to a religion, abandon your beliefs, or believe everything upfront — you can simply come to know it, experience it, and draw your own conclusions. Come with respect, an open mind, and the freedom to understand your own experience.
Does Apometry replace medical or psychological treatment?
No. This is a voluntary, complementary spiritual practice. It does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and we recommend continuing any treatment already prescribed by a healthcare professional.
Do I need to be Spiritist or follow a religion to take part?
No. Everyone is welcome, regardless of religion or belief. Just come with an open heart.
Is the session really free?
Yes, 100% free. The work is sustained by volunteers and spontaneous donations from those who wish to contribute — nothing is ever charged to anyone seeking a session.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
No prior scheduling is required for the Friday group session. If our apômetras identify the need for an individual session, our team will reach out to schedule it.
Can I bring children?
Yes. Children are welcome and are even given priority, along with people traveling from farther away.

Our purpose goes beyond individual sessions. We want to build an ever-growing space of welcome, knowledge, and the development of consciousness, giving more people access to this work.
We also believe that the awakening of consciousness can go hand in hand with concrete acts of solidarity. That’s why Stellar Healing Center aims to develop, alongside our spiritual work, projects focused on supporting people in need.
